1. Information We Collect

We collect information to deliver efficient payment collection terminals and automated bookkeeping:

• Merchant Profile Data: Names, business roles, national IDs, settlement account info, and business registration details.
• Transaction Details: Gross collection amounts, processor fees, payment methods, reference codes, customer emails, and timestamps.
• Reconciliation Metadata: Custom identifier fields configured on your terminals (e.g. Student ID, Class Level, Church Member ID, Donor target projects).
• Integration Credentials & Tokens: OAuth access and refresh tokens required to connect and sync with QuickBooks Online and Google Calendar APIs.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is processed strictly to perform essential system actions:

• Processing transactions and routing settlements via Paystack Subaccounts.
• Automatically drafting QBO SalesReceipt files and mapping bank/fee ledgers.
• Google Calendar Synchronization: Checking host availability, blocking slot periods on checkout, inserting calendar appointments, and attaching Google Meet URLs to successful transaction receipts.
• Providing transaction dashboard reports to authorized team members.
• Securing endpoints using HMAC signing verifications for developers.

3. Information Sharing and Integration Disclosures

We do not sell merchant or customer data. Data is shared only with platforms explicitly authorized by your configuration:

• Paystack: Shared to process card, mobile money, and bank collections.
• QuickBooks Online (Intuit): Shared to verify customer accounts, auto-create client profiles, and post ledger deposits.
• Google APIs: Shared to check calendar booking slots and write reservation items with coordinates.

4. Data Retention & Security

We enforce premium data security guidelines to guard credentials and transaction parameters. QuickBooks Online access tokens are stored in encrypted form, and webhook listener verifications use secure HMAC-SHA256 headers.

5. Your Choices and Rights

Merchant administrators can update payout routing accounts, delete custom collection fields, change team viewer access permissions, or disconnect QuickBooks Online integrations at any time from the dashboard configuration tab.
